Located in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela, this light steel mass housing project was developed by a general contractor and consists of 102 four-storey residential blocks and four school buildings. Comprising 1,600 residential units with two- and three-bedroom apartment layouts, the project represents the second and third phases of the city's urban regeneration programme. For this project, Vekon was responsible for the production and installation of the light gauge steel framing profiles used in the buildings.
