Living containers represent building systems offering fast, practical, and temporary solutions. Monoblock containers are factory-manufactured and transported as completed units. The produced components of flat-pack containers are packaged and shipped for the assembly on-site. We manufacture modular living containers primarily designed for worksite mobilization and emergency settlement buildings, tailored to meet a diverse range of needs and expectations. Our modular living containers are easy to assemble and movable to any location. Through our R&D and P&D studies, we strive to enhance the practicality, comfort, and functionality of our living containers.
The uprights and diagonals, designed and patented as a result of our P&D studies, enable the modular construction of containers in multi-storey configurations. This design also imparts resistance to snow, wind, and earthquakes, contingent on the specific region of application and accurate calculations. This advantage allows us to operate in diverse climates and regions. Incorporating uprights and diagonals enables us to construct a multi-storey container from an existing single-storey container in a cost-effective manner. We also tailor roof and wall details to align with the climatic conditions of specific regions.
The corner spheres, developed, designed, and patented in-house, facilitate the interconnection of containers during on-site assembly through our special fasteners. When containers are positioned side by side and stacked, they are connected from sphere junction points using fasteners to form the building. Furthermore, corner spheres play a key role in optimizing storage and logistics, particularly in international shipments. This is achieved through a special packaging system where flat-pack containers are interconnected using fasteners.
The chassis profiles we use in living containers are both constructive and carrier profiles patented by us are completely drawn on roll-form machines. These profiles meet all the loads of the container where necessary, and provide a constructive solution by being set up at certain distances where necessary.
The Module WC is a specialized 300x700 cm container unit designed and patented by us for worksite mobilization, emergency settlement structures, and public areas. It features five toilets, a disabled WC, and a dedicated baby care room.
Visual printing can be applied to the fibercement material on the product's facade, ensuring seamless adaptation to the surrounding nature and location. We designed and hold a patent for the module bathroom, featuring a shower tray and washbasin. These ready-made modular units are shipped with completed finishing works, installed sanitary ware, and finished electrical and mechanical installations.
