In our 100-prefabricated house mass housing project on Mayotte Island, the buildings were designed to be resistant to the island’s harsh climate conditions and hurricanes. The French technical team who assembled the prefabricated homes was trained practically at Vekon’s factory in Istanbul.
On the island, during the Chido Hurricane on December 25, 2024, with winds exceeding 220 kilometers per hour, our buildings were not damaged.
