As part of the TOKİ Village Houses project, a total of 246 steel houses were constructed in two different locations within the Artvin district. In the project, which was coordinated with an assembly team of 150 people in the field, the houses were constructed with different specifications, including some as 3+1 with an area of 130 m² and some as 2+1 with an area of 90 m².
