Vefa gathered its energy in pre-production structures under one roof
Gathering all its companies in pre-production structures under one roof, Vefa will now operate as a single power in this field. Chief Executive Officer of Vefa, Turan Koçyiğit says that Vefa, who has faced its vision towards future and the best with this structuring in pre-production structures, has taken the first step of transition to a new structure with its new operation fields.

Operating in pre-production structures, construction materials, real estate and energy fields, Vefa gathered its companies operating in pre-production structures under one roof, Vefa Prefabrike Yapılar San. Tic. A.Ş. Offering its operations in this field under Vekon brand, Vefa will make the housing sales for the end user under Nestavilla brand. Also going through a customer based structuring, Vefa will operate in the market as a totally integrated and single power in pre-production structures. Chief Executive Officer of Vefa, Turan Koçyiğit says that Vefa, who has faced its vision towards future and the best with this structuring in pre-production structures, has taken the first step of transition to a new structure with its expanding operation fields.

 

We target a 50 percent increase in turnover

Stating they have re-built their holding structure along with this work in pre-production structures, Koçyiğit says "We are trying to complete our new structuring in all of our companies in 2016. We are revising our annual and five-year strategic plans. These plans contain business models and solutions specific to the conditions of each country we target. Our target is having a total 50% increase in turnover at the end of the year pursuant to the plans we have made."

 

Emphasizing that they have focused on staff optimization and efficiency increase in holding and pre-production structures group with the new organizational structure, Koçyiğit states: "We have combined our energy by gathering our pre-production structures group under one roof. We have preserved our brand and increased the number of our companies. Optimizing our operational costs, we have started a title structuring that is suitable for our structure and size. Thanks to the new departments and functions we have added to the organization, especially such as project management, we have connected all steps in the business flow. Establishing a corporate development unit within the holding, we have targeted a better sustainable organizational structure and business flow.”
